• Is shopping on line safe?

  Shopping on Excel Distributors is completelly safe as we only use the most secure gateway, Secure Pay, aproved by major Australian Banks.

  Further more we also offer Pay Pal payment option.

• What if I change my mind and wish to return purchased goods?

  All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

  Proof of purchase is required.

  Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned goods, with exception of Liquid products which are non returnable, as well as carbon filters and trimming machines (manual or automatic) including buckers and specially ordered products (items that are not in stock and are ordered by customer by request) are non returnable/refundable.

  Items are to be returned by receiver/customer at their cost.

  Shipping costs are non refundable.

Product Information

• What sort of warranty do you provide on your items?

  We provide manufactures warranty.

  Most items, such as Fans, Filters, Ballasts, Electrical Equipment are covered by 12 month warranty.

  Items such Lamps, pH and EC Meters are covered by 3 months warranty.

  Liquid products are warranted only till opening and limited by 3 months.

  This warranty does not cover acts of god, accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, alteration, negligence, incorrect or incomplete installation or operation/use.

  Returned items will be forwarded to manufacture for examination and be repaired or replaced by manufacture at their discretion.

Delivery Information

• How long before I'll receive my goods?

  Once payment is processed, your order will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

  Delivery to your nominated address will depend on your location in Australia, as all orders are sent from Melbourne Victoria.

  Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes as recepients signature is required.

• How much will the Freight cost?

  Freight charges only apply to orders under AU $300.- ex GST, and are calculated by real time Australia Post integrated software, and qouted live when making a purchase.

  When this option is not available or where other means of delivery is required, a flat fee of $33.- incl. GST will be automaticaly applied a nd order will be despatched via Couriers Please or similar carier.

  Orders over AU $300.- are delivered for FREE, with exceptions of some bulky and heavy items that have to be delivered via special freight company, and charges will therefore apply.

  Some heavy bulky items that exceed shipping allowance can only be shipped Melbourne metro area by Excel Distributotrs.

Christmas & New Year trading

• Will the Festive season effect my delivery?

  Unfortunately placing an order on exceldistributors.com.au during the Festive season will delay your shipment due to several reasons.

  We're closed over Christmas and New Year and operating in-between with skeleton staff.

  22/12/17 to 4/1/18 closed for deliveries. In store purchases only.

  Courier companies are also closed, and will be operating with limited runs once reopened.

  However you can still place an order, and secure your place in a queue.

  Please note that financial institutions are closed due to long weekend, and payments made after the 22/12/17 will not be processed until 4/1/18
